thanks Andres. I am actually thinking of starting a project na UPCAT review. It is more of a CSR so that I can help youngsters in preparing themselves to take the next level of education. And yes, it is a start for us to gather here and build a better Pandacan. Kudos to the guys [...]

i don’t think we need to solely depend on the government to make the town more like Rockwell. There are lots of successful people in Pandacan and there are even more lively people there. We don’t need the grandeur Rockwell-like to be Rockwell per se. Why can’t we build our own. Start from small gatherings. [...]
