Back to School After TS Juaning

Students in National Capital Region (NCR) have classes today, July 28, 2011, according to DEPED. Only Tonsuya Elementary School in Malabon has suspended classes from Kindergarten to Grade 2 due to flooding. Tropical Storm Juaning is currently moving out of the country, towards West Philippine Sea. Provinces in the northern Philippines are still under Storm Signal number 1 and 2 while NCR is still experiencing light rain.
