Our town Pandacan will be one of the recipients of mobile day care vans donated by former senator Vicente Paterno, according to Mayor Lim. The vans cost about Php150,000 each and are properly equipped with learning materials like books, school supplies, a video player and a television set.

Snippet from Manila.gov.ph: In thanking the former senator, Lim said: “Buo ang respeto sa bayan, isa si Sen.
