PNR vs Umbrella
A 22-year old woman – Imee Sapasip – was seriously injured when her umbrella got entangled in a PNR Train. I guess it will happen if there’s not enough room to walk by.
Imee Sapasip…was passing along the Philippine National Railways railroad track in Tomas Claudio St., Pandacan, at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday when the train bound for Tutuban in Divisoria sped by.
Sapasip’s open umbrella got caught and the victim was dragged and thrown to the ground…
Imee is now confined at the Ospital ng Maynila on Quirino Avenue-Roxas Boulevard. Kasalanan ni Aling Marce ito. Wrong timing ang pag-ulan. Get well soon, Ms. Imee.

well, sometimes people are too stupid enough to cross the railway even if they know that the train is coming.
there are so many accident there, and mostly the cause is stupidity. for example, one time im riding my motorcycle, when i reach the railway a man signaled us to stop, when i look the other way theres a train coming but the train is moving at a minimal speed of 10kph or less (just to avoid any accident). then, a taxi cab in front of suddenly cross the railway coz the driver think that he can outrun it by crossing sooner as fast as he can, but suddenly a bang! he got a flat tire and the taxi is stock in the railway itself. even if the train is a slowmo at that time and even bystanders help him to push his flat tire taxi to cross the rail, well, guess what….. the taxi made it in time anyhow, no one’s hurt except his pride.
and that a lucky guy, but some people are not. i tell you, i’ve seen dozens of stupid drivers doin it everytime.
